Our final day on the Serengeti brought about the highlight of the trip. We stood and watched a pride of lions track and kill a buffalo, before one of the lions returned to where we were standing and collected the previously hidden cubs from the bushes and march them to the kill to eat their share. It was an incredible experience to watch mum go from killer to loving parent within seconds, and to be so close to the cubs as they went to feed was an experience that we will never forget.
