The August holiday weekend was supposed to have been a romantic trip to London, Saturday night at a west end show and a candle-lit dinner with my beloved. Sadly, work interfered with the plans (ladies, never marry a photographer!) and instead we headed to the Lake District to seek out new landscape opportunities. The weather was not too kind, and so all we managed was a selection of moody monos with heavy cloud cover. Nonetheless, we hope you like them. And what work interfered with the plans?
